We hope that Spring is here, as we see the sun setting later each day.
Weโve been busy working on our next event - which to be honest, is paying homage to Jeanelle.
Ever since the mid to late 90โs when she was in Junior High, Jeanelle had an interest in Tarot and Oracle cards, Palm and Tea leaf readings, and Feng Shui. I think my kids even had a Ouija Board!!!
I suppose she was exploring her spiritual side. This was new to me, as we were not exposed to anything like this while growing up in the 70โs. In fact, still to this day I am a little skeptical of some things in the spiritual world.
But in saying that, there have been some strange circumstances that I canโt explain - so there you are. I need to learn to โopen my mindโ a little more I guess. Perhaps this event will help with that.
A couple of our Soul Sisters - Kari and Colleen - have seen Jennie Ogilvie โThe Unconventional Mediumโ and they both felt that she would be an amazing guest for an event.
Jennie is known as Canadaโs Unconventional Medium, and she is also the author of โInside My Head.โ Jennie is known for her engaging and down to earth personality. She is often referred to as the โComedian Mediumโ, because she believes that laughter can be as therapeutic as tears.
Her ultimate goal is to provide you with a new perspective on life, death and all that lies in between. Unlike other Mediums, Jennie removes the stigma associated with her work, and offers a refreshing experience. Jennie will have copies of her book for sale at this event.
So we hope you will join us in being a part of an unforgettable journey.
This event will take place at the Westlock Cultural Arts Theatre, and your ticket price will include some yummy appetizers. We will have a cash wine bar too.
