Yesterday was a beautiful day for a pig roast!
For the 4th year in a row; we prepared, cooked, served and tidied up for approximately 80 guests of Leroyโs. He lives on the perfect spot for such an event; big beautiful yard, big clean garage and right off the highway so no gravel roads!
I am thankful for my 4 girls that volunteered as 3 of us were at a wedding and couldnโt help out!
Bev, Kelsey, Angie and our โChief of Cateringโ โ Ramona! Thank you for all of your hard work yesterday. I was going to stop in after the wedding and check in, but by 8:30 p.m they had everything cleaned up and were headed home!
For the past 2 years we have not auctioned off this item at Nellyโs Project as I wanted to have a break โ it is alot of work! However, Leroy Jonk has been a huge supporter of our foundation since the beginning and he knows that eventually I/we will give in and say yes!
