The Soul Sisters Memorial Foundation is dedicated to providing education and resources within our local area of Westlock, Alberta.

We have assembled a list of contact information in order to assist those in distress, or in need of Mental Health Supports.

The Alberta Health Services Mental Health Help Line is a 24 hour, 7 day a week, 365 days a year, confidential service that provides support, information and referrals to Albertans experiencing mental health concerns.

If someone has serious concerns about the well being of themselves or a loved one, they can contact CRISIS and depending on the risk; the team can go out to the home to do an assessment. Police always accompany.

Rural Distress Line for Northern Albertans

FIRST NATIONS AND INUIT HOPE FOR WELLNESS HELP LINE

Telephone crisis intervention line to provide immediate, culturally competent, counselling support for First Nations and Inuit, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Counselling is available in English and French and, upon request, in Cree, Ojibway and Inuktut.
